His experience as both an appellate and trial judge is invaluable to understanding how appellate decisions are made. Coordinating closely with trial counsel, Ken helps assemble the talent needed to tailor the best appellate briefing and oral advocacy for each case. Senior and associate attorneys work together in all phases of the appeal.
