Education:

Jud graduated from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 2007. While at Cumberland, Jud served as Senior Associate Editor of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy and as a Judge Abraham Caruthers Teaching Fellow. He earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the College of Charleston in 1998.

Jud’s civil litigation practice focuses on the areas of commercial litigation, creditor’s rights and bankruptcy, complex commercial foreclosures, and real property litigation. Jud litigates in Florida and Alabama state and federal courts.

Jud is a member of the Escambia/Santa Rosa Bar Association, Baldwin County Bar Association, Mobile Bar Association and the Pensacola American Inns of Court.

Community Involvement:

Jud volunteers for Legal Services of Northwest Florida and has been recognized for his pro bono work in representing individuals against predatory lenders.
