Kirby is resident in the firm’s Destin office, and has a broad-based real estate and financial institutions practice. He was formerly associated with the law firm of Rushton, Stakely, Johnston & Garrett of Montgomery, Alabama and senior counsel for The St. Joe Company. Kirby received his undergraduate degree from Auburn University in 1993 and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Alabama in 1997.
Kirby is a member of the American Bar Association, the Okaloosa/Walton Bar Association and the Mortgages Committee of the Real Property and Probate Section of the Florida Bar.
Kirby and his family are members of Christ the King Episcopal Church where Kirby currently serves on the Vestry of the Church. He is also the chairperson of the Outreach Committee and the Junior Warden of the Church.
Kirby coaches local youth basketball and soccer teams.
