Professional Experience:

Bill has a broad based civil litigation practice. His primary practice for his entire legal career has focused on representing lenders in all types of litigation, including mortgage and security interest lien foreclosures, lender liability defense, and bankruptcy. Bill’s probate litigation practice includes the representation of personal representatives, beneficiaries, and creditors. In the arena of business organization disputes, Bill has handled a variety of matters including shareholder derivative cases and entity dissolutions. Bill has extensive experience in representing title insurance companies and their insureds in title curative litigation. He acts as an arbitrator and is a certified civil mediator.
