Professional Experience:

Bill has more than 38 years experience in a broad based litigation practice. He now concentrates his practice in the areas of media law and eminent domain litigation. He has an AV rating in the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, and is a Certified Circuit Court Mediator.

Bill is a past member of the Board of Governors of The Florida Bar (1984-1990), and past president of the Escambia/Santa Rosa Bar Association.

In his community, Bill is a past president of the Pensacola Area Chamber of Commerce, has served on the boards of many charitable institutions in the Pensacola area, and has taught media law as an adjunct professor at the University of West Florida.

Bill earned his undergraduate degree in 1960 and his Juris Doctor degree in 1963 from Washington & Lee University.
