Clark Partington has served clients throughout Northwest Florida and South Alabama since 1976. Our firm has grown from four lawyers to over thirty, with offices in Pensacola and Destin, Florida. It is currently the largest firm in Northwest Florida with its practice principally oriented to the business communities and the owners of those businesses.

Our approach to addressing client’s problems often involves an interdisciplinary approach as appropriate to the particular needs of the client or the client’s industry, involving lawyers from different departments within the firm to ensure that all facets of the client’s needs are covered. This allows us to respond more quickly and nimbly to the needs of a particular client’s situation, and we believe that this puts the most appropriate and effective resources towards assisting our clients.

All of our lawyers are licensed to practice in Florida, and some also hold licenses in neighboring states of Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia and Louisiana. Many of our lawyers are admitted to practice in the Federal Courts throughout the state of Florida, as well as the United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the United States Tax Court, the United States Court of Claims, and the United States Supreme Court.
